EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

1. Return deadline
Depending on the characteristics of each product category, the timeframe for accepting return and exchange requests is specified as follows:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging with tags intact, and the packaging must not be torn or dented. |
2. Free return conditions
We provide either a product replacement or a full 100% refund (inclusive of shipping charges) to customers under the following circumstances:
- Products that are damaged, crushed, deformed, or of substandard quality due to manufacturer defects or issues during our transportation process.
- The product delivered is of the wrong model, wrong size, or short in quantity compared to the purchase order
- The product was expired upon delivery
3. Conditions for Return & Exchange
To ensure your return or exchange request is processed as quickly as possible, please ensure the following:
- The product must be accompanied by the purchase invoice or the order ID from the Chợ Sạch 24H system.
- Including photos or a short video showing the product's defect must be provided immediately upon discovery.
- For dry goods, the product must be unused, with its original packaging and promotional/sealing labels fully intact.
Cho Sach 24H reserves the right to refuse return or exchange requests resulting from improper storage by the customer (such as leaving fresh produce at room temperature for too long), items that have been opened or partially used (except where defects are discovered inside the product), or subjective reasons such as a 'change of mind.
4. Quick 3-Steps Return Process
1. Submit a Return/Exchange Request: Via Hotline or Email.

2. Confirmation and Assessment: Within 1 - 2 working hours.
The Cho Sach 24H Customer Service Department will review the data and respond with a solution (Product replacement or Refund).
3. Return / Refund Execution: Flexibly applied.
- Exchange: Our shipper will deliver the new product and exchange it directly at your location free of charge.
- Refund: Cho Sach 24H will process the refund to your bank account within 24 - 48 working hours.
